Sec. 1956.131. DEFINITION. Notwithstanding Section 1956.001, in this subchapter, the term "copper or brass material" does not include: (1) the material described by Section 1956.001(4)(B) or (C); or (2) common household insulated or noninsulated copper wire or cable.
