Sec. 20.008. ASSISTANCE BY SECRETARY OF STATE OR REGISTRAR. If a question arises concerning voter registration that an agency employee cannot answer, the employee shall provide the person: (1) the toll-free telephone number of the Elections Division of the Office of the Secretary of State; and (2) the telephone number of the voter registrar to whom registration applications are submitted.
