Sec. 20.022. SUITS. The authority may sue and be sued in the courts of this state in the name of the authority, and the courts shall take judicial notice of the creation of the authority. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 728, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 1987.
