Sec. 20.31. REMEDY FOR VIOLATION. Notwithstanding Subchapter D or any other law, the exclusive remedy for a violation of this subchapter is a suit filed by the attorney general under Section 20.11. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 64 (S.B. 60), Sec. 1, eff. January 1, 2014.
