Sec. 200.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "real estate investment trust" means an unincorporated trust: (1) formed by one or more trust managers under this chapter and Chapter 3; and (2) managed under this chapter. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
