Sec. 2001.206. DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED. A distributor may not sell, distribute, or supply bingo equipment or supplies for use in bingo in this state unless the distributor holds a distributor's license under this subchapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
