Sec. 2001.301. LICENSE INVESTIGATION. Promptly after the filing of the application for a license under this chapter, the commission shall investigate the qualifications of each applicant and the merits of the application. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
