Sec. 2001.302. PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION. (a) In addition to any required application form, a license applicant or license holder shall submit any supplemental information requested by the commission. (b) The commission may deny a license application or revoke a license based on a failure to submit requested supplemental information when required. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
