Sec. 2001.308. PAPERWORK REDUCTION. The commission may not require a person who has held a license under this chapter for five or more years to complete a license renewal application that is more than two pages long. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
