Display of License

Sec. 2001.310. DISPLAY OF LICENSE. (a) A licensed authorized organization or licensed commercial lessor shall conspicuously display a license issued under this chapter and a license to lease premises for conducting bingo at the premises at which bingo is conducted at all times during the conduct of bingo. (b) Each commercial lessor license shall contain a statement of the name and address of the license holder and the address of the premises. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
