Unlicensed Sales; Offense

Sec. 2001.553. UNLICENSED SALES; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if a person sells or attempts to induce the sale of bingo equipment, supplies, or automated bingo services to a licensed authorized organization and the person is not licensed to do so. (b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 636, Sec. 42(11), eff. October 1, 2009. (c) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
