Sec. 2001.559. REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE. The commission may suspend or revoke a license under Section 2001.355, impose an administrative penalty under Subchapter M, or both, depending on the severity of the violation. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
