Sec. 201.0111. APPOINTMENTS. Appointments to the state board shall be made without regard to the race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin of the appointees. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 61 (H.B. 1808), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2011.
