Sec. 201.05. REPORTING SYSTEM. A person who holds a permit authorizing the importation of liquor into this state shall pay the liquor tax by the reporting system under bond. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 530, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
