Sec. 201.306. APPLICATION FOR COST-SHARE ASSISTANCE. An application for cost-share assistance may be made on forms provided by the state board or by other means approved by the state board. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 54, Sec. 2, eff. April 29, 1993.
