Sec. 201.309. STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS. The state board shall establish standards and specifications for soil and water conservation land improvement measures eligible for cost-share assistance. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 54, Sec. 2, eff. April 29, 1993.
