Sec. 201.401. DEFINITION OF PATIENT. In this subchapter, "patient" means any person who consults or is seen by a chiropractor to receive chiropractic care. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
