Sec. 201.451. DELEGATION TO ASSISTANTS. (a) The board by rule shall establish guidelines relating to the tasks and procedures that a chiropractor may delegate to an assistant. (b) A chiropractor who delegates a task or procedure under this section retains full responsibility for the task or procedure. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
