Administration of Fund

Sec. 201.972. ADMINISTRATION OF FUND. The comptroller shall hold the fund, and the commission, through the department, shall manage, invest, use, and administer the fund as provided by this subchapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1070 (H.B. 1546), Sec. 1, eff. November 8, 2005.
