Sec. 201.997. FUND DISTRIBUTION. (a) The department shall allocate funds to the department districts based on the formulas adopted under Section 201.996. (b) In distributing funds to department districts, the department may not exceed the cash flow forecast prepared and published under Section 201.993(c).
