Term and Renewal

Sec. 202.3015. TERM AND RENEWAL. (a) A license issued under this chapter is valid for one or two years as determined by commission rule. (b) The commission by rule shall establish the requirements for renewing a license and issuing a renewal certificate under this chapter, including payment of applicable fees.
