Sec. 2023.105. EMPLOYMENT OF OTHER RACETRACK OFFICIALS. The racetrack association shall appoint, with the commission's approval, all racetrack officials other than the officials listed in Section 2023.104. Compensation for officials not compensated by the commission is determined by the racetrack association. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2019.
