Procedures For Fee Collection

Sec. 2028.253. PROCEDURES FOR FEE COLLECTION. (a) A commissioners court by order may establish procedures for the collection of the fees under Section 2028.251. (b) The procedures may require a racetrack association to keep records and file the reports considered necessary by the commissioners court.
