Deposit of Funds; Exception

Sec. 203.004. DEPOSIT OF FUNDS; EXCEPTION. All money paid to the commission under this subtitle: (1) shall be deposited in the treasury unless: (A) a state or federal law prohibits deposit in the treasury; or (B) the deposit would result in the loss of any federal funds; and (2) may be used only for the administration of this subtitle.
