Fees

Sec. 203.0082. FEES. If the General Appropriations Act does not specify the amount of the fee, the board by rule may establish fees that: (1) are reasonable and necessary; (2) produce revenue sufficient for the administration of this chapter; and (3) do not produce unnecessary revenue.
