Sec. 203.046. RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS. As the governing body may require, the records management officer shall keep accurate lists of records destroyed, their volume, and other information of records management activities. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1248, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
