Bond Payments

Sec. 203.257. BOND PAYMENTS. (a) Revenues received from the unemployment obligation assessment may be applied only as provided by this subchapter. (b) The commission may pay bond obligations with other legally available funds. (c) Bond obligations are payable only from sources provided for payment in this subchapter.
