Sec. 2033.011. FORGING PARI-MUTUEL TICKET. (a) In this section, "forge" has the meaning assigned by Section 32.21, Penal Code. (b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly forges a pari-mutuel ticket with the intent to defraud or harm another person.
