Effective Date of Acquisition

Sec. 204.082. EFFECTIVE DATE OF ACQUISITION. For purposes of this subchapter, an acquisition is effective on the first day of the calendar quarter in which the acquisition occurs. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
