Sec. 205.024. REPORTS AND RECORDS. Each member of a group shall keep accurate employment records and submit reports as required by the commission relating to persons employed by the member. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
