Sec. 205.452. PROCEDURE. (a) The acupuncture board by rule shall prescribe the procedure by which it may impose an administrative penalty. (b) A proceeding under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 269 (S.B. 419), Sec. 3.34, eff. September 1, 2005.
