Notice of Violation and Penalty

Sec. 205.454. NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PENALTY. (a) If the acupuncture board by order determines that a violation has occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the acupuncture board shall notify the affected person of the board's order. (b) The notice must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 269 (S.B. 419), Sec. 3.34, eff. September 1, 2005.
