Sec. 2051.155. SANCTION OF AGENT REQUIRED. The commissioner shall impose a sanction in accordance with Chapter 82 against an agent who commits an administrative violation under Section 2051.152 or 2051.154. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
