Time and Duration of Interview Program

Sec. 2051.303. TIME AND DURATION OF INTERVIEW PROGRAM. An athlete agent interview program sponsored under this subchapter: (1) may not continue for more than 30 consecutive business days as determined by the athlete's institution of higher education; and (2) must be conducted during the off-season period before the completion of the athlete's final year of eligibility.
