Sec. 2052.205. COPIES TO LIBRARY. (a) A state agency shall send to the Legislative Reference Library five copies of each publication that it distributes. (b) The library shall make the publications available to its users. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
