Sec. 2053.256. DISCOUNTS AND SURCHARGES NOT CUMULATIVE. (a) The discounts and surcharges established under this subchapter are not cumulative. (b) A small employer is entitled to receive the discount under this subchapter in addition to any lesser deviation in the rate used to write an insurance policy under Sections 2053.051 and 2053.052(a) and (b).
