Sec. 2054.202. PROVIDING INFORMATION TO LEGISLATURE. The company shall provide requested information to each appropriate legislative committee in the manner requested by the committee. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
