Safety Consultation Procedures

Sec. 2054.505. SAFETY CONSULTATION PROCEDURES. Not later than the 30th day after the effective date of a policy, the policyholder shall obtain a safety consultation required under Section 2054.504 from a safety consultant. The safety consultant must be: (1) the company; (2) the division; or (3) a professional source approved for that purpose by the division.
