Sec. 2056.003. FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS. The Governor's Office of Budget and Planning and the Legislative Budget Board shall develop forms and instructions for a state agency to use in preparing the agency's strategic plan. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
