Acceptance Or Requirement of Waiver Prohibited

Sec. 207.072. ACCEPTANCE OR REQUIREMENT OF WAIVER PROHIBITED. An employer may not require or accept a waiver of a right of an individual employed by the employer under this subtitle. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
