Prohibited Deduction From Wages

Sec. 207.073. PROHIBITED DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. An employer may not, directly or indirectly, make, require, or accept a deduction from wages to finance a contribution or reimbursement required to be paid by the employer under this subtitle. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
