Requirement To Accept Or Apply For Suitable Work

Sec. 209.044. REQUIREMENT TO ACCEPT OR APPLY FOR SUITABLE WORK. An individual is ineligible for payment of extended benefits for a benefit period in the individual's eligibility period if during that period the individual failed to: (1) accept an offer of suitable work; or (2) apply for suitable work to which the individual was referred by the commission.
