Employment Service Referrals To Suitable Work

Sec. 209.045. EMPLOYMENT SERVICE REFERRALS TO SUITABLE WORK. The employment service shall refer a claimant entitled to extended benefits to suitable work that meets the standards prescribed in Sections 209.046, 209.047(a), and 209.047(b). Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
