Act With Intent To Commit An Offense

Art. 21.13. ACT WITH INTENT TO COMMIT AN OFFENSE. An indictment for an act done with intent to commit some other offense may charge in general terms the commission of such act with intent to commit such other offense. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., p. 317, ch. 722, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
