Sec. 21.302. SOLID WASTE RECOVERY FACILITY. The district may construct or acquire and operate a facility used to store, handle, sort, bail, recycle, process, and recover solid waste. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2009.
