Sec. 21.417. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The board of directors of a corporation shall elect a president and a secretary at the time and in the manner prescribed by the corporation's bylaws. Other officers, including assistant officers and agents as deemed necessary, may be elected in accordance with Section 3.103. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
