Sec. 21.462. CONVEYANCE BY CORPORATION. A corporation may convey real property of the corporation when authorized by appropriate resolution of the board of directors. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006. SUBCHAPTER K. WINDING UP AND TERMINATION
