Sec. 21.731. OTHER AGREEMENTS AMONG SHAREHOLDERS PERMITTED. Sections 21.713-21.730 do not prohibit or impair any other agreement between two or more shareholders of an ordinary corporation permitted by this chapter or other law. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
