Rules

Sec. 2101.005. RULES. When the commissioner acts under this chapter, the commissioner may adopt any rules that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter or Chapter 251 or 256. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
