Duties of State Auditor

Sec. 2101.014. DUTIES OF STATE AUDITOR. The state auditor shall ensure that the accounting and financial reporting procedures of each state agency conform to the procedures adopted under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
